Three Stages in theCarbonization Process
The briquettes made by woodbriquetting machine have three stages when carbonized incarbonization furnace: low temperature and exhaust temperature,high temperature calcination and cooling.
In the first stage, thebriquettes have about 8% moisture when they are sent to thefurnace, but too wet will greatly influence the quality ofcarbonization. So it will take several hours to exhaust moisture toguarantee the high quality of charcoal.
When the temperature reaches 300Centigrade, the furnace will produce much combustible gas to heatup. In this stage, the furnace needs to be sealed and maintained inan anaerobic atmosphere.
In the Last stage, the charcoalshould be put in the airy place to prevent from carbon dioxidepoisoning. Usually, the charcoal should be placed in the outsidefor more than 8 hours to avoid fire resurgence.
